Gilbert’s Bon Bouche is our wholesale arm which offers a range of gourmet frozen foods for wholesaler, home delivery companies and independent shops.

To celebrate the best of British Food, Gilbert's Bon Bouche, has launched a range of products inspired by classic British recipes, but marked by our own distinctive twist. Whenever possible, we use the best local and British raw ingredients, and have taken our experienct with farmer's markets to privide a range of goods for discerning customers who cares about what goes into their food, and how and where it is prepared. Beef WellingtonBeef & Lamb

  • Steak & Kidney Pie - Prime steak and kidney braised for over four hours in a rich gravy and topped with puff pastry.
  • Steak & Suffolk Mushroom Pie - Prime steak and Suffolk field mushrooms braised for over four hours in a rich gravy and topped with puff pastry.
  • Cottage Pie - Prime bee mince sauteed with vegetables and topped with creamed potato.
  • Shepherd's Pie - Chunks (not mince) of tender prime lamb in our special sauce with creamed potato.



Poultry & Game

  • Chicken, Suffolk Ham & Leek Pie - in a creamy sauce topped with puff pastry.
  • Duck & Suffolk Honey Filo - Prime duck breast sauteed in a light honey sauce topped with flaky filo.
  • Duck and Orange Filo - Prime duck breast sauteed in a tangy orange sauce.
  • Norfolk Turkey & Stilton Pie - in a creamy sauce
  • Wild Game Cumberland Stew - Delicious stew made with local ale.

Fish

  • Luxury Fish Pie - Medley of fish and prawns in a creamy white wine sauce topped with cheddar mash.
  • Filo Fish Pie - Same as above with filo instead of potato.
  • Fish Thermidor Gratin - Selected fish with a thermidor sauce with a crunchy fresh herb topping.
  • Salmon and Dill Filo - Salmon and Dill in a creamy sauce.

Veggie

  • Stilton & Broccoli Filo - Delicious creamy stilton sauce topped with crispy filo.
  • Garlic Suffolk Mushroom Pie
  • Vegetable Sherherdess Pie - Veggie version of the lamb dish with cheesy parsley mash.
  • 3 English Cheese & Onion Pie - Served in a creamy sauce with puff pastry.
